FULFILLNEXA BY SBT · CHINA-ORIGIN OPERATIONS

China fulfillment. Seven services, one operating plan.

FulfillNexa by SBT helps overseas ecommerce businesses connect China-based inventory with customer orders. One-piece fulfillment is our core focus: receiving products, organizing stock, preparing individual orders and coordinating outbound delivery. FBA preparation, parcel shipping, sea and air freight, and hybrid transport support the same supply chain when an order or replenishment shipment needs a different route.

01 / COMPANY & OPERATING FOOTPRINT

Three China warehouses. Distinct operating roles.

SBT FulfillNexa is a China-based cross-border 3PL and freight forwarder, offering one-stop warehousing, FBA prep, customs clearance and last-mile delivery for US and European e-commerce brands — so sellers can reach customers worldwide without building their own logistics. Three warehouse sites — Shenzhen 3,000 m², Suzhou 13,000 m² and Dongguan 8,000 m² — provide 24,000 m² of combined operating space.

For independent online stores, marketplace sellers and brands sourcing in China—particularly apparel, toys and other ecommerce products shipping to the United States, Canada and European markets. Product acceptance and destination coverage are checked for the actual shipment, not assumed from a map.

Shenzhen

3,000 m²

Logistics distribution & transshipment center

A South China operating site near the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center and the airport corridor. Shenzhen works as a logistics distribution center for oversized cargo and sea–air / air–sea transshipment operations: inbound goods are received, checked by SKU, staged and released through the selected cross-border channel rather than held as bulk storage.

Suzhou

13,000 m²

East China consolidation & fulfillment support

An East China site supporting supplier consolidation and order fulfillment for products sourced in the Yangtze River Delta. Inbound cartons are reconciled against the SKU list, stored by variant and prepared for individual parcel or replenishment outbound.

Dongguan

8,000 m²

Ecommerce warehousing & one-piece fulfillment

A large operating site with multiple loading bays, focused on ecommerce inventory management and individual-order fulfillment for apparel, toys and similar product ranges. Receiving, SKU separation, picking and packing are organized around the agreed order workflow.

These are China operating locations. Destination coverage does not imply ownership of overseas warehouses. Receiving location and service availability are confirmed for your operating plan.

02 / SEVEN CONNECTED SERVICES

Choose the work your supply chain needs.

Order fulfillment is the core. Preparation, parcel channels, freight, oversized-cargo planning and supplier consolidation can be combined around the same inventory plan, with each responsibility agreed before release.

01

Ecommerce & FBM fulfillment

Store inventory in China and release individual customer orders through an agreed pick-and-pack workflow.

Read the practical guide →

Best suited to

Independent stores, Amazon FBM sellers and multichannel brands with stock in China.

Work we can scope

  • Receiving and quantity reconciliation against the inbound SKU list
  • Inventory organization by SKU, variant and agreed stock status
  • Order picking, packing and approved inserts or branded packaging
  • Carrier handover, tracking follow-up and agreed return or exception handling

Confirm before booking

Confirm the order-data format or integration, inventory rules, cut-off arrangements, packing instructions and exception owner before launch. Marketplace account management and seller-performance obligations remain with the seller.

02

FBA prep & inbound freight

Prepare inventory in China for an Amazon inbound shipment, then coordinate the agreed delivery leg.

Read the practical guide →

Best suited to

Amazon sellers replenishing fulfillment centers from one or several China suppliers.

Work we can scope

  • SKU and label-file matching against the seller-approved shipment plan
  • Agreed product checks, bagging, wrapping, bundling and barcode application
  • Carton or pallet preparation and shipment-label placement
  • Consolidation and onward transport to the approved receiving destination

Confirm before booking

The applicable barcode, packaging and inbound requirements depend on the marketplace, product and shipment plan. Approve the instructions before work begins; preparation does not guarantee Amazon acceptance or eliminate possible receiving fees.

03

One-piece dropshipping fulfillment

Send individual orders from China to overseas buyers without treating every order as a bulk replenishment shipment.

Read the practical guide →

Best suited to

DTC brands and online sellers testing assortments or running a China-origin fulfillment model.

Work we can scope

  • Receive seller-arranged goods from approved suppliers
  • Keep size, color, bundle and SKU instructions aligned with orders
  • Combine eligible items and apply approved customer-facing packaging
  • Prepare individual parcels for the selected cross-border channel

Confirm before booking

Agree inventory ownership, replenishment lead time, packaging costs and return instructions. One-piece service describes order handling; it does not promise free stock, zero working capital, product sourcing or unrestricted product acceptance.

04

Air small parcel & destination lanes

Select a parcel channel around the product, destination and delivered-cost requirements of an individual order.

Read the practical guide →

Best suited to

Lightweight ecommerce orders to supported US, Canadian and European destinations.

Work we can scope

  • Check packed weight, dimensions, product attributes and destination postcode
  • Compare eligible channel options and their included delivery scope
  • Prepare agreed export information and carrier handover
  • Follow tracking milestones and investigate delivery exceptions

Confirm before booking

Availability, chargeable weight, remote-area charges, transit estimates and tracking coverage are route-specific. A tracking number is not evidence of physical carrier acceptance; use the acceptance scan and subsequent events to follow progress.

05

Sea, air & hybrid freight

Coordinate bulk replenishment, FBA inbound and combined transport where parcel shipping is not the right fit.

Read the practical guide →

Best suited to

Importers, growing brands and sellers moving larger replenishment loads from China.

Work we can scope

  • Assess air freight, LCL or FCL ocean freight against the cargo profile
  • Plan consolidation, protective packaging and handling requirements
  • Evaluate sea–air or air–sea combinations where routing supports them
  • Define customs coordination and final-delivery responsibilities in the quote

Confirm before booking

DDP can be assessed where a compliant arrangement is available. State the named place, importer arrangements, included charges and exclusions in writing. Hybrid transport is shipment-specific—not a standing promise of faster delivery or lower cost.

06

Project and oversized cargo

Plan heavy, high-value or dimensionally complex cargo with suitable handling and transport equipment, routed through the Shenzhen transshipment operation.

Read the practical guide →

Best suited to

Shippers moving machinery, furniture or other oversized goods that standard parcel and carton lanes cannot carry.

Work we can scope

  • Review packed dimensions, weight and handling requirements before booking
  • Select suitable handling equipment and routing, including sea–air / air–sea transshipment via Shenzhen
  • Agree protective packing and loading preparation per shipment
  • Handover, milestone follow-up and exception investigation with carrier evidence

Confirm before booking

Oversized acceptance depends on the actual cargo profile, route and carrier rules confirmed for each shipment. Share dimensions, weight and handling needs before inventory moves; no fixed transit or cost figure applies.

07

Factory consolidation and export

Coordinated pickup, consolidation, checking, packing and export documentation across multiple suppliers.

Read the practical guide →

Best suited to

Brands and sellers sourcing from several Chinese factories who need one inbound operation before outbound shipping.

Work we can scope

  • Assign each inbound shipment a supplier reference, SKU list and expected quantity
  • Coordinate pickup and consolidation at the agreed warehouse site
  • Compare inbound quantities and identifiers against the supplied list
  • Combine approved goods, pack for the selected channel and prepare export documents

Confirm before booking

Agree how mismatches and mixed cartons are handled before goods arrive. Suzhou supports East China supplier consolidation for Yangtze River Delta sources; the receiving site is confirmed for the actual operating plan.

03 / FROM ENQUIRY TO DELIVERY FOLLOW-UP

A clear handover at every stage.

  1. Define the job

Share product details, destinations, order volume, stock location and the required delivery scope. Resolve restricted-product questions before sending inventory.

  2. Approve the operating scope

Agree receiving checks, SKU mapping, packing examples, charge items, shipping terms and the process for orders needing clarification.

  3. Receive and reconcile

Compare inbound quantities and product identifiers with the supplied list. Separate discrepancies or damaged goods for instructions.

  4. Prepare and release

Process authorized orders or replenishment instructions, complete the agreed preparation and hand the shipment to the selected channel.

  5. Track and resolve

Use carrier milestones to monitor movement. Investigate exceptions using the order reference, tracking events and available packing or delivery evidence.

04 / BUYER QUESTIONS

Practical answers, grouped by service.

Use these answers to prepare your enquiry. Product acceptance, charges and delivery arrangements require shipment-specific confirmation.

Getting started & warehouse scope

What does a China 3PL do for my online store?

A third-party logistics provider handles agreed physical operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping coordination. You retain responsibility for your products, listings, sales terms and customer promises. The operating agreement should identify which party handles each exception.

Which warehouse should my goods go to?

Dongguan (8,000 m²) covers South China ecommerce warehousing and one-piece fulfillment; Shenzhen (3,000 m²) operates as a distribution center near the airport corridor for oversized cargo and sea–air / air–sea transshipment; Suzhou (13,000 m²) covers East China supplier consolidation and fulfillment support. The three sites operate 24,000 m² in total. Send the SKU list and cargo profile first so the receiving location can be confirmed before dispatch.

Can several factories send goods for one brand?

Supplier consolidation can be included in the operating plan. Give each inbound shipment a supplier reference, SKU list and expected quantity. Agree how mismatches and mixed cartons will be handled before goods arrive.

Is there a minimum order volume or free storage period?

Do not assume a universal minimum, free-storage allowance or waived handling fee. Ask for the commercial terms for your SKU count, stock volume, order frequency and storage duration. Any introductory allowance should be written into the quotation.

One-piece fulfillment & FBM

How is one-piece fulfillment different from FBA replenishment?

One-piece fulfillment prepares an individual customer order for delivery. FBA replenishment prepares a stock shipment for an Amazon fulfillment center, where Amazon subsequently handles customer orders. A seller can use both models for different products or destinations.

Can you use my packaging and inserts?

Branded packaging, inserts and bundles can be scoped after the materials and packing instructions are reviewed. Confirm dimensions, quantities, replenishment arrangements and an approved example. Required product, origin, safety and customs information must remain accurate and visible where required.

How are apparel sizes and colors kept separate?

Provide a unique SKU or barcode for each size and color combination, including bundles. Agree receiving identifiers and order mappings before inbound delivery. Similar-looking variants need explicit identification rather than a visual description alone.

Can orders sync automatically from my store?

Confirm the specific platform, connector or order-file workflow during onboarding. Test SKU mapping, address fields, cancellations and tracking updates before normal operation. A platform name alone does not establish that an integration is active or that every function is supported.

Do you handle returns and after-sales issues?

Return handling and logistics investigations must be agreed by destination and service. Confirm the return address, authorization process, inspection scope and options for restocking or disposal. Customer refunds, warranties and marketplace decisions remain with the seller unless separately agreed.

FBA preparation

What must I provide for FBA prep?

Provide the destination marketplace, product and SKU list, quantities, approved barcode files, packaging instructions and current shipment plan. Include any product-specific handling requirements. Changes to the plan should be resolved before labels are applied or cartons released.

Does every product require an FNSKU label?

The correct barcode depends on the current Amazon rules and your product and account settings. Confirm the applicable barcode requirement in Seller Central and supply the approved files. Do not use a universal labeling assumption across all products or marketplaces.

Is product inspection included?

Specify the inspection depth in the scope: quantity and visible condition checks are not the same as functional testing, certification or a complete quality audit. Agree sampling, photographs and the process for holding nonconforming goods before receiving.

Can FBA preparation guarantee that Amazon accepts my shipment?

No. Receiving also depends on the seller’s shipment plan, product eligibility, current platform requirements and delivery arrangements. Preparation follows the approved instructions; rejection, rework or additional charges must have an agreed escalation process.

US, Canada & European parcel lanes

How do I choose a parcel lane?

Compare eligible channels using packed dimensions, weight, product type, destination postcode, tracking needs and the agreed tax treatment. Evaluate total quoted cost and delivery scope, not only a headline per-kilogram rate.

How long will delivery take?

Request a dated estimate for the specific origin, destination and channel. Confirm whether it starts at order release, warehouse dispatch or carrier acceptance and whether it includes clearance and final delivery. Customs queries, peak periods and remote addresses can change the outcome.

Does the map mean every address is automatically serviceable?

No. The map illustrates geographic coverage planning. Confirm the country, postcode, cargo category and current carrier acceptance before booking. Some destinations or products may require a different route or may not be accepted.

Can you ship toys or products containing batteries?

Acceptance requires product-specific review. Provide the product description, age grading where relevant, battery configuration and available technical documents. Transport eligibility does not replace the seller’s product-safety, labeling or market-access obligations.

Will the recipient have to pay import charges?

This depends on the destination rules, sale and shipping terms, and the collection arrangement. Ask the quote to specify who pays duties, taxes and clearance-related fees. Do not assume all international parcels are tax-free or that a shipping label proves taxes have been settled.

Freight, hybrid routing & quotations

When should I consider air freight instead of sea freight?

Compare the full delivery requirement: urgency, stockout exposure, cargo volume, chargeable weight, handling and final-delivery cost. Air may suit urgent replenishment; sea may suit larger planned loads. Obtain shipment-specific quotes rather than relying on a fixed cost or transit ratio.

What is hybrid shipping?

Hybrid shipping combines transport modes, such as sea followed by air or air followed by sea, within an agreed route. It can be assessed when the cargo and connection points permit it. Confirm handovers, documents, tracking and contingency arrangements for each leg.

What should a DDP quote specify?

Specify the named delivery place, cargo details, party arrangements for import clearance, included duties and taxes, and any exclusions or conditions. DDP is an agreed delivery term, not proof that a particular logistics provider can legally act as importer in every destination.

What information is needed for bulk replenishment or FBA inbound?

Send the SKU list, quantities, carton dimensions and weights, packaging requirements, barcode files and the approved shipment plan. Include the destination marketplace or warehouse and any product-specific handling requirements.

How should I compare quotations?

Compare receiving, storage, preparation, packaging, freight, clearance-related charges and final delivery on the same assumptions. Ask about dimensional weight, remote-area charges, failed delivery, return handling and insurance. Keep the quoted scope and validity with the shipment record.

What should I send to request an operating plan?

Send product descriptions, SKU count, stock location, destination countries and postcodes, packed dimensions and weights, expected orders, packaging requirements and timing. Include the chosen sales channel and any regulated-product details. Email or WhatsApp can be used for the initial enquiry.

Scope and reference notes

Company scope is based on client-provided operating information, reconciled with the confirmed Shenzhen (3,000 m²), Suzhou (13,000 m²) and Dongguan (8,000 m²) warehouse figures — 24,000 m² across the three China sites. This guide is not a certification register, a transit-time guarantee or a substitute for a shipment quotation.
